Christmas in California, part I
John, Sam, and I celebrated Christmas Day in California this year — one of 3 Christmas celebrations (hope Sam doesn’t get used to it :-). We had a low-key morning at home with Howe traditional Hungarian coffeecake, eggs, and coffee for breakfast. Sam had more fun with the wrapping paper than with the actual presents.
Because Beth’s family was a bit under the weather, we didn’t go over to their house for dinner, but they did join us for a present-opening party in the late afternoon at our house.
