Strawberries
Our friends from preschool, ES and AS, had strawberry plants on their porch and SPL noticed them as we were leaving from a playdate. He talked about them afterwards (and loves to eat strawberries) so…. I was psyched when low and behold, we found some of our own plants @ our local OSH gardening section. Once plant already had ripe berries on it — and those are the ones he picked here.
I love the first part of the clip as it shows typical "toddler time" — touch the strawberry, get distracted by a photo of a preschool classmate on the placemat, think more about picking the strawberry, eat a cracker, touch the leaves — oh yeah, and picking the strawberry — gotta love it.
and then the 2nd part — after having success w/ the first strawberry, he immediately says "other one" and after that, he’s quickly on to the main event — eating 🙂
