Nan (John’s mom) came out to visit us for 10 days in late October which allowed John and me to have our first vacation without SPL (went to Barcelona for 5 days :-).

SPL loved showing Nan all of his routines and introducing her to his friends and teachers. Nan came with us to preschool and took SPL to all of his weekly activities while John and I were gone.  She also picked up some Mandarin vocabulary along the way :-).

Since they were so busy having fun, there weren’t many photos taken. But here are a few:

She also was here for Halloween so celebrated with SPL at preschool, as they trick-or-treated at the district office (video)
