- It helped that SPL greeted the handyman carrying his own set of tools & identified 4 or 5 they have in common right off the bat.
- Bitterness (with having to call the Sears service for our dishwasher) tempered by funny SPL & handyman who’s happy to engage 3 year old curiosity: class="meta entry-meta">

- SPL fell asleep in car & 10 mins in, heard NPR story about carpenter bees, woke up, said “carpenter bees drill into wood” & fell back to sleep.
