Painting Ganesh, the Tender Tracks bus

On Sunday September 13, the 9 families of the Tender Tracks outdoor preschool class gathered together for the annual painting of Ganesh, the bus. There were paints and “sparklies” (glitter) available and all of us had a blast.

Wendolyn did her usual minimal intro = maximum creativity lead in, and then demoed for the kids (took a series of photos :-). Then she turned them loose and they did her proud!

There were some innovations: using glitter, using fingers , getting a lift from dad.

All resulted in fun and a beautiful bus.

Here is SPL’s first handprint. Then he added on more. Then he switched to blue. Here are the heights of the different kids . And here are SPL and my handprints side-by-side 🙂
