Mom’s old friend Natalya and her daughter, EC, come to visit
Gosh, I am super behind on posts. I was brainstorming a list yesterday and came up with 12 topics — we’ll see how far I get :-). It has been almost a month since the last post — August was super busy.
EC and Natalya (Natalya is a friend from MIT days — she grew up in Palo Alto but she, her husband, MIke, and daughter EC now live in Vancouver, BC; EC was born in February 2006) visited us on Friday the 11th of August. It was great to meet EC and to watch SPL interact with her and Natalya. EC has a great laugh and is an easy going gal — slept on the couch with no problem and wasn’t disturbed by the mommy chatter 🙂 (SPL, in similar circumstances and age, wouldn’t have been as flexible ;-).
