Firetrucks
On October 14th, SPL, John and I attended the 8th Annual Community Safety Day @ the local Sunnyvale Fire Station. Beth, Scott, and the trio joined us this year too :-). It’s a wonderful event put on collaboratively by the public safety officers and other community organizations. John first learned about it through his service to the Sunnyvale Library Board. SPL was only 3 months old during last year’s event so, as you might imagine, it was a lot more fun this year. w/ the trio, met a newborn kitten, and took home balloons and a junior firefighter hat and sticker! Awesome.
