Where has our fearless SPL been?
In order to play catch up on the many blog posts, I’m going to consolidate them into one w/ links to Flickr photos 🙂
After Bampa, Nan, and Myra left, SPL’s cousins came over for a visit and we got to give them their wonderful quilts that Nan had made. After opening them,,,and KAR were reminded of yoga mats so each of them demonstrated a yoga pose (which is appropriate since Nan is a yoga practitioner too :-). During this last few weeks we also had the newest version of come to stay with us. John has been enjoying showing SPL the joys of video games and SPL is catching on to the characters’ name (Bowser is now part of his vocabulary).

After looking pretty sickly for an entire year, our strawberry plants came back with vim and vigor and we’ve picked about 25-30 pretty berries so far this season (the birds have only gotten 3 or 4 :-). so we frequently enjoy
In an effort to be in a few more of the photos :-), I’ve started taking photos using Photobooth — so here’s a fun one of I did get my photo taken on :-).
And to get ready for Suchi’s arrival later in the month, and to celebrate her birthday, SPL has been practicing this (for those of you who don’t know Suchi, she’s got one of the most expressive faces around and her nephew seems to be following in her footsteps 🙂
And to wrap it up, SPL has been having fun @ preschool (only 1 more class left and we’re moving preschools next year so this will be our LAST class :-(): here he is enjoying , , and enjoying some water time by and that they created by dumping out some of the water.
