Celebrating the Olympics, preschool style
Our ingenious teachers set up 2 Olympic events on Monday (2/22/10): ice hockey and ice skating.
At first, I thought the ice hockey was curling as they were using brooms but I was quickly corrected by the creative genius behind the project: Teacher Tim. The pucks were made of ice, however and SPL had endless fun being the goalie (and the coach calling time out).
The ice skating was fun for all, even us parents. The trick: waxed paper! (video #1) and video #2.
