TX Grandma came out the week of March 15 to hang with SPL while his babysitter was in China. We had a good time -- SPL had her all to himself on Wednesday and Thursday and they read books and he reminded her how to play
(his new obsession :-). She also came with his
to see the local youth performance of Lilly and the Purple Plastic Purse.
AND we even got her to the Monterey Bay Aquarium for the first time (Note: her only 2 children have lived in the Bay Area for 11+ years and have had kids for 10+ of those years -- not sure what took us so long?!?!)
