The end of an era
I am sad to report that after about 14 months of obsession, SPL’s interest in trash trucks and “giants” (the dumpsters) has faded. I know I mourn this more than he does but I just had to mark the transition.
He still loves cleaning though and also pretending about trash so it’s still a theme in his play — we just don’t run for the front door every Wednesday morning when we hear the “vroom vroom” of the trash trucks.
It was a fun 14 months though.
